This cookie policy explains how Akflow uses cookies and similar techniques on the website. Similar techniques include, for example, local storage, pixels, SDKs, or other means of storing or reading information on a device.

This policy is required to match the actual production environment. A cookie banner or legal text does not replace a technical check.

3.Which categories do we use?

Essential techniques

Needed to make the website or an explicitly requested function work, for example for security, session management or remembering your privacy choice. These are not classified as "essential" merely because they are commercially convenient for Akflow.

Functional techniques

May support preferences or additional functionality. Each technique is assessed individually to determine whether consent is required.

Analytics

May help us understand how the website is used. The legal treatment depends on the actual technique, configuration, privacy impact and applicable rules.

Current analytics status: Akflow uses Vercel Web Analytics only after you have given consent for analytical techniques. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and processes anonymised usage data. Query parameters and sensitive or restricted routes are excluded before transmission. The legal basis for this processing is consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Marketing

May be used for advertising measurement, retargeting, audience building or similar purposes. Where consent is required, these remain off until you give consent.

External media

Embedded content from external parties, such as video, maps or other embeds, may share data with that external party. Where necessary, we only load such content after an appropriate choice has been made.

5.Changing your cookie settings

You can reopen your choice via the permanent Cookie Settings link in the footer or via the button below. Deleting cookies through your browser can be additionally useful, but is not the only way to withdraw consent.

6.Full current cookie and tracker inventory

This inventory reflects the source-code and preview verification of 20 August 2026. On that date, cookies, local storage, session storage and network requests were technically verified before and after a consent choice. These are the three techniques Akflow uses on this website:

Local storage

Remembers your consent choice per category (functional, analytics, marketing, external media). No server-side visitor profile.

Retention: a maximum of 12 months

Scope: Shared between the Dutch, Turkish and English routes of the website

Cookieless technique

Vercel Web Analytics

Cookieless web analytics. Only active in production and only after you consent to "Analytics". Sensitive routes are excluded and query parameters/fragments are stripped before transmission.

Browser storage: not applicable; Vercel Web Analytics does not set a cookie or LocalStorage identifier.

Scope: Production environment only, after consent

Supabase authenticatiecookie (patroon: sb-<project-ref>-auth-token)

Necessary for internal staff to log in and maintain a session on /intern and /auth. Not created or refreshed on public marketing pages.

Retention: according to the configured Supabase session duration; until the staff member logs out, the session is revoked, or a configured timeout is reached.

Scope: Only /intern and /auth (internal staff)

The previously used storage key akflow_fb_utm has been removed and is no longer created. No Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, no Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok pixels, and no automatically loading external-media embeds were found. WhatsApp links only open after a deliberate click.

7.Third parties

Some techniques may be provided by external vendors. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy terms. Akflow assesses per vendor which role, data flow and contractual arrangements are relevant. See also our Privacy Policy. 8.Changes

Cookies, scripts and vendors may change due to website updates. This policy is therefore reviewed periodically against a technical scan. In the event of material changes to purposes requiring consent, we assess whether a new choice is needed.
